October 2010 Relief Mission - 40' Container of Food, Clothing and Other Relief Supplies Distributed to Children and Families in Haiti
With God's help and blessings we were able to deliver more than 1000 cases of food, clothing and relief supplies to many children and families in Haiti.
Pastor Dale Hipp led a team from Maryland and West Virginia that delivered supplies to Nasson Jean Pierre's orphanage in Port au Prince and Pastor Luc St. Felix's churches and feeding centers in the countryside. We are currently working on filling the next container for shipment in early 2011.
There was also a special time of service and encouragement to the 40+ pastors under Pastor Luc.
Afterward, those pastors assisted in sorting and loading supplies for 8 centers in the mountains, some more than 6 hours away on mountain roads and trails.
Time was also spent inspecting the site of the planned new children's home and we are pleased to report a successful negotiation for the purchase price of the land. Read more HERE.
